This is a neighborhood of mixed visual character populated with the gamut from modest bay window buildings of the 20’s to 60’s dingbats. Our project aims to synthesize these diverse architectures into a contemporary building. Deep reveals provide shading for southern exposure and become both balconies and bays common to the neighborhood, all wrapped in ubiquitous horizontal siding.
